Transferring your subscription to a new store

Learn how to transfer your subscription to a new store with this guide, ensuring a smooth transition.

Step 1: Log in to Your Shopify Admin

  1. Open your browser and go to https://www.shopify.com/login.

  2. Enter the email and password associated with your Shopify store.

  3. Click 'Log in'.

Step 2: Locate Your Current Store URL

  1. Once logged in, look at the address bar in your browser. You will see a URL in the format: https://admin.shopify.com/store/[yourstorename].

  2. Copy this URL, as it is your current myshopify.com URL.

For Merchants Who Have Closed or Replaced Their Old Store:

If you've closed your old store or replaced it, you'll need to remember the URL or access any email notifications or account details related to your old Shopify store. This URL would have the same format mentioned above.


Step 3: Log in to Your New Shopify Admin (If Different from the Previous Store)

  1. Repeat the process from Step 1 for your new Shopify store if it's different from the old one.

  2. Once logged in, repeat Step 2 to locate the URL for your new store.

Step 4: Contact Us

Once you have both the old and new myshopify.com URLs:

  1. Look for the chat bubble icon in the lower right corner of the screen and click on it.

  2. In the chat, provide both URLs and mention that you're looking to transfer your PEND subscription. If you prefer, you can also email this information to [email protected].


Important Notice:

The transfer of your PEND subscription to a new Shopify URL is free of charge for the first change. However, for any subsequent changes beyond the first, there will be a fee of 50 CHF excluding VAT per URL change.
