Our system automatically charges your payment method on file to collect fees for transactions and subscriptions.
Typically you've added this payment method during your first subscription onboarding.
If you want to replace your current payment method on file with something else, you can easily do it like this:
Make sure you are logged in to your PEND account (if not, visit https://www.pend.ch/login)
Use the menu to navigate to Settings
Then use the tabs to navigate to "Billing"
Click on the "Replace payment method" button to start the replacement process

Please note: it's not possible to remove your payment method. We always need a payment method on file to ensure uninterrupted service for you.
Wanted to change your billing address?
That is simply your address you registered with. You can change it by navigating to "Settings" via the navigation.
There is no dedicated billing address.
